The property was spotlessly clean and modern. As a single older woman I felt safe in the property. Close to everything, would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Soon az we open the door for our room we wear amazed by how beautiful the view was the room was modern and comfortable there was everything you could ever need in the home we stayed in a one bedroom appartment I definitely want to came back the stuff was so friendly treats everyone the same thumbs up from me

Felt like a tropical getaway. Food option which included buffet breakfast at The Cove and dinner at The Fireplace restaurant was was excellent and good value.

Cabin fantastic, modern, clean and fresh. Pool great, pool staff great.

We stayed 3 Jan for 5 nights checkin was very quick and a map for parking and instructions where the location of our room was excellent. 1 bedroom apartment , full kitchen, shower only and balcony was quite spacious with a view of the ocean in the distance and street view from the 6th level was amazing. Everything from restaurants,shops were a stone throw away awesome !!! A variety of swimming pools kids & adults inside & outside as well as heated and a spa inside. Thumbs up...

Having stayed on many campsites in the last five weeks and knowing what I paid for them, I was not expecting much from the Palazzo.....how wrong I was..... beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need, even a small Gym area. Being on the 9th floor at the back of the hotel the views were stunning, especially at sunset. Only a 5-6 minute walk into the centre and all Surfers has to offer.....would I recommend the Palazzo Colonades.... ABSOLUTELY

We had a fantastic stay the owners are amazing and friendly made us very comfortable throughout our stay… the rooms were comfortable and clean and exactly what we needed… the only issue we had was during our stay was another person staying getting angry at our 4 year old children that they were laughing to loud at 5pm when we were walking down to go out to dinner.

Friendly staff. Great water park for kids. Lots of dining options for dine in or poolside. Ideal family getaway.
