"We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Surfers Paradise and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and great views. Everything felt high quality without being overly formal. One of the standout features is the pool area, which is exceptional. The lagoon-style pool with the sandy beach and the saltwater fish experience really sets this property apart. It feels more like a resort than a city hotel, which made our stay feel like a true getaway. The location is also ideal—close enough to Surfers Paradise to access restaurants, shops, and the beach easily, but just far enough away to feel calm and quiet. "Apartment was generally clean but the spa bath hadn't been cleaned so had to clean ot before using it. Q1 is supposed to be luxury but it's not any more. The pool was great but the spa and indoor pool fèlt like you were in a garage. It was pretty disorganised checking in and finding the entrance probably due to the ongoing construction."
