"Clean room "

"As good as my last stay (2023) when the hotel was relatively new. Rooms are a little small for two people but it’s manageable, and expected for Tokyo and the price. Well located with multiple stations and lines nearby."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s in an absolutely stellar location. The only suggestion I would make for would-be guests is to opt for a larger/2-bed room if more than one person is staying. Great spot. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice and affordable hotel. Very well organized. Rooms are decent sizes. Staff are nice. The gym is fairly decent (but elliptical bike needs maintenance). Convenience store located on the lower floor. Hotel located in a wonderful area of the city with tons of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, etc. Will definitely be back. That place is a good."

"Honestly, we loved our stay at the Hotel New Otani. The staff were splendid and so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was well take care of and very comfortable. The beds were a little firmer than we are used to but we all slept great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets- lots to choose from and helpful for our five year old to be fed early. My hubby said he was able to get a decent workout in the gym. The gardens are worth walking in, so beautiful! We used the luggage forwarding service, and the staff made it so seamless! We were able to get to the trains easily too. I would definitely come back and stay here if I am lucky enough to visit Japan again! "

"Pod itself was fine for what it is. Bathrooms and common areas (lockers, showers etc) all smell absolutely disgusting throughout the entire area which means you’ll be grabbing your stuff from your bags while smelling very intense urine and faeces. Staff that greeted me were very nice however I heard later staff members being extremely rude to other customers. Overall it was not a great experience and please do not book this place if you have large bags! "

"Room was always clean , always provided us with waters which was always nice after a long day of walking. The always greeted us coming into the building . Transported luggage with no issues . Great place near dontonbori river and shops "
