The location is in a great area of the old quarter. Very easy to get around to the main attractions of Hanoi. The hotel is clean and spacious. What makes this place even greater is the staff. In General, Vietnamese people are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Everything was great . Staff super attentive and were willing to help us with anything We had a small problem and they automatically fixed it no questions asked. Super kind and lovely.
