"Ok, it's not exactly medieval living... It's better! The Medieval family who built the castle that once was attached to this tower didn't have indoor plumbing. This gem has all the modern conveniences (including indoor plumbing, a kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, heating and air conditioning) while being tucked away in a quaint little commune (Pratovecchio-Stia). "The property is an incredible medieval tower in a tiny Tuscan town. There is a beautiful river right next to the tower - you can hear the water rushing by from the terrace on the roof. The terrace itself is an experience, breathtaking views from your own private hot tub. Feels like you're living in your own castle, it's an incredible experience! The tower is painted with murals of castles and landmarks in the valley. This tower has history, as well, the poet Dante may have lived in this tower...

"I can’t say enough good things about this home! The old mixed with modern is stunning. Stefano is an incredible host. He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. If we’re ever in the Tuscany region again, this is where we will stay."

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....
