They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The estate itself is the most beautiful property, with lush greenery and fairytale-like ambience. "This small hotel was lovely. The location is remote, but it’s a perfect base for traveling all around this part of Tuscany. The breakfast was wonderful -well worth the extra charge. We had dinner at the property one evening.The setting is beautiful and the food was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I would come here again. "

"Unbeatable location right at the entrance to where you want to be. Everything is walkable from here , and we had no problem getting hotel parking( but appears limited) Note part of the hotel faces a primary school , but we were not impacted with noise. Only downside , AC did not really function. "

"This is a nice place away from the crowds. You are surrounded by hills which makes for beautiful scenery. Siena is about a 25 minute curvy drive if you do not choose to eat at their restaurant. Extracurricular activities are limited to the pool. The room was spacious but the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool in the 95 degree weather making it somewhat uncomfortable at night. This is a good location for relaxing and quiet. "
