The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. "The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "

"Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."
