"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"We were greeted upon arrival by Rafaello, our host, who was very helpful in getting us situated for our 5 night stay. The house is lovely, surrounded by the olive trees. The pool is pristine because Raffi comes to clean it every day. We did laundry in the unique washer and hung out the clothes on the drying rack that was provided. The views of the Tuscan countryside are lovely. Central location makes it easy to visit other Tuscan towns like Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano. I would recommend this...

"I can’t say enough good things about this home! The old mixed with modern is stunning. Stefano is an incredible host. He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. "Wow. If I could click 10 stars for a review I would. What a fantastic stay with super fantastic people. Our visit was at the end of March and it was beautiful. I can't imagine how beautiful this place would be later in the year. As for the hosts..... they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They made us feel more like family then guests. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...
