"We stayed for 4 nights in this property. Our first day apartment we checked-in was not good as it was located on lower floors 4th Floor of the building adjacent to the pool area. It was infested with roaches everywhere. Bath rooms were smelly and unbearable. Could not stay in the apartment for more than 30 Minutes. "First impressions were formed right at the check in counter. Rakesh, Baljeet,Kabir, Manoj, Hassan, Raza, Pawshi, Mohammed and all other staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with choices for all types of cuisine. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is in a central location and walking distance to all amenities. We walked to the Patronas Tower, Pavilion Mall and the surrounding. Hop on Hop off bus in walking distance. Very relaxing hotel environment."
