"Lovely hotel with a cozy romantic feel. Walkable from the train station to all the sites in Stratford. Great bar to wind down at night and nice breakfast spread in the morning. "

"Liked the room and location, near the train station. Didn’t like that we hadn’t received the lock box code before we checked in so had to call for support. "

"The property was warm and welcoming — truly a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. We received a lovely personal welcome, including a thoughtful card and a generous welcome pack with a nice bottle of wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. I would highly recommend this place. A genuinely warm and inviting place to stay. "

"A very nice place, very central. We have a fantastic room, very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and restaurant and bar we cosy and of a good quality "
"Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money."
"The breakfast menu was fresh and replenished throughout. The staff from reception to lifeguard go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! The grounds and building itself is lovely though a little dated which has no impact on your actual stay. We used the pool and the temperature was a tad cool, but jacuzzi and sauna room was fantastic. Having said this the shower temperature in the leisure was piping hot and this area I believe needed some maintenance with painting etc. Overall a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend, you won’t regret it."
