The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean family room, the location was great near parks for the children to run around and walking distance to town. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Would choose to stay again if visiting the town

A real gem

The owners were super friendly and helpful, they had map ready and show us where to go. The hotel is centrally located, easy walking distance to town, our room was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location

The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean comfortable room. Excellent walk in shower. Breakfast nicely cooked, but would have happily paid extra for choice of fruit, yoghurt, sugar-free muesli and organic sausages etc.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else.

Lovely house, very quiet despite every room being full. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable, it was difficult to get up in the morning. Excellent location with an easy flat walk into the centre of Stratford (very handy to be given a map of the area too). Great breakfast, I don't have a cooked breakfast often, so a real treat. Maria and Martin very friendly.
