"Staff helpful Air conditioner was not working "

"We had a lovely night at Hotel Comtur, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and polite. In the morning we got to sleep in, because the area is pleasant sand quiet, no 'big city noise' The breakfast was also very nice. A lovely alternative to pricey Milan accommodations"

"The photos make it look like a nice country hotel but in reality it is a bit closer to a highway Howard Johnson’s. "

"Lovely fresh rooms and very friendly helpful staff. The only slight issue was the property not having any parking but the manager directed me to nearby spaces and helped me with the parking meter as my Italian is a little basic!"

"Front reception staff was very helpful and kind. Great location from the Train station, just a few steps away. Central location to restaurants and stores and about 15 minutes from town square. Coffee and cold breakfast 8 euros. "

"It is essential that guests at this hotel have a vehicle. It is extremely far from the nearest town and taxis add-on an extra charge (up to 35 euros) just to reach the property, before you even start a journey... The grounds of the property were heavily overrun with ferocious mosquitos and this included inside the lobby, the breakfast room, hallways (we have the dozens of bites to prove it). The breakfast room staff were friendly -- And the food selections there were excellent."

"Convenient location but hotel extremely dated. You get what you pay for but the hotel was tired, the room smelled really musty. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. The whole place was extremely basic. "
