"The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?"

"Front desk staff very friendly. Room was very spacious. Very close to metro and can even walk to Duomo. Just needs more amenities in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and decent. "
