"Proprty was very nice. Clean. Friendly. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay again."
"Love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here, and they've had some major updates since our last stay. Beautiful facelift they've gotten (though I think it was great before all the remodeling as well). I loved the addition of the wine bar they added and the patio with fireplaces is a great touch. We stay here so that we can have a quick easy drive to Shelton Vinyards...a must go if you're staying at the hotel. Great wine, beautiful vineyard, amazing restaurant. Though I will say, if you are traveling with kids and can't make the vineyard trip, you can also do wine tastings at the hotel as well as purchase all of the same wine from the vineyard right there in the lobby. "I absolutely loved this place! It was rustic and charming. The check-in was so easy, as was check-out. Communication from the owners was terrific. The location was quiet and it was nice to sit on the porch and listen to the creek. The outside of the cabins might need a little TLC.
The bonus was the history of this place! People used to come from all over in the late 1800's and early 1900's to drink water from the spring, which was said to have healing properties. The hotel that used to be there burned down, but the cabins remain. What was cool was that I read about Healing Springs (the old hotel) in a museum display years ago and it was such a a cool surprise to learn that these cabins are one in the same. I would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to friends.
Oh! And you can go get yourself some water from the spring while you're there!"
"Debra (Deborah) at the front desk was especially helpful. She went out of her way to find and place my sister's oxygen concentrator in her room. Thank You"
