"Hotel was clean , staff was very friendly and located in a good area. Only negative is the TV which has a channel guide on Channel 1 but none of the 1 or 2 digit numbers on that match the 3 digit numbers or even come close so you have to scroll channel by channel to find something you like which is why I only gave 3 stars for amenities, "

"Cozy cabin with plenty of things to keep you entertained between outings. Very clean with all working utilities. Close to a lot of hiking trails and fishing spots."

"The views were awesome. Loved our stay. Easy to relax and enjoy the mountain air. Saw several deer. West Jefferson was a cool town. Thanks for a lovely getaway!"

"The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding "

"Great cabin, very relaxing right on the stream. A little inconvenient to have to take your trash off as the paper on the desk requests, a few cobwebs here and there, tv was filthy and the couch isn’t the most comfortable for sitting bc it’s a sleeper sofa and has been pulled in and out a million times I’m sure but over all my husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away. "
