"Excellent buffet breakfast catering for all tastes and nationalities, well presented and spacious seating area. Room was clean and tidy but had to ask for extra set of towels and mug as we were a group of 3. The problem was dealt with speedily but could have saved us previous time arriving after 1 in the morning . Likewise if we were told at check in that the door card needs to be scanned inside the lift for it to work properly, we could have rested sooner! There is a sign in the lift which our tired eyes eventually noticed, but if it was mentioned on arrival it would have saved precious time after a late night return flight from Italy."
