Friendliness of staff was 100%. Main reception area a little cold during the day and in the evening. Rooms were good with a comfy bed. Shower very weak and not that hot
We have some issues when we arrive with the room unable to change rooms because the hotel was full. We were up graded the fallowing day with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. All good in the end, will use them again.
