"Customer Service was amazing from the moment we arrived. Needed to be close to the airport, really couldn't have got any closer. Facilities were really great. And i wish i had longer to sleep, because the beds were super comfortable, but we had an early morning flight. "

"The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience."
