"Room was clean, but the bed was HORRIBLE. Mattress should have been replaced years ago. Loved the location - convenient to attractions and restaurants. Next door to a preschool, so noisy on weekdays."
"Location is close to everything but away from major loud streets. Room was large and very comfortable. Dimitry is very helpful and even walked us to the nearest taxi station which is very close. Great bargain for the great location!! "

"Our stay here was excellent! The staff were friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for the city. The room we stayed in and the hotel were very clean and newly renovated. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence! "
"- I had a great stay at this hostel.
- It is just a 15-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station—I had a backpack and a carry-on suitcase, and the walk was very manageable.
- Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- The 6-bed room was clean and spacious enough to comfortably fit three bunk beds. Remember to bring your own padlock, 30 mm.
- Shared bathroom was roomy, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
- Central air conditioning worked well, which made a big difference during the summer heat.
- Since I stayed during the summer, there were quite a few school groups and teenagers around, which made it a bit noisy at times—but it was totally understandable given the season and atmosphere.
- Breakfast was available for a fee and offered a variety of fresh and satisfying options each morning.
- Laundry facilities were very convenient, especially for a longer stay—just make sure to read the instructions carefully before using the machines.
- Storage facility was another big plus: it felt very secure, with each piece of luggage tagged with a numbered ticket. Staff are always present to ensure belongings are only picked up by the rightful owner. Just make sure not to lose your ticket."
"This place was a really cool experience for our time in Florence. The tent was air conditioned and had everything we needed. The campground had a nice grocery store and other amenities that often go underrated. Transportation into Florence was a bit tough, so just consider this in your plans as the busses are unreliable (but this is not the fault of the property of course)."
"Perfect and quiet place, clean beautiful and pleasant place. Breakfast was perfect. Well located close to everything. People are always nice and helpful! Thank you "
