I stayed in four properties during this past trip and this was the best of them. It felt like I was staying in a private guest house with all the amenities of a fancy hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. And, I so appreciated the nearby kitchen where I could access tea or warm water to nurse my sore throat. The hotel is centrally located - only a few minutes walk from the L'Accademia and the Domo. But, make sure you lift some weights before staying at this property - you'll need the strength to pull open the very large (and probably ancient!) doors to the building.

This was a great convenient stay in the city, very nice, quiet and clean The staff was welcoming. Dexter was very helpful. A few things to mention, the space is four flights up steps or reachable by a very compact 2-person elevator. Outside of the Inn, there was quite a bit of street construction. I could work with those limits and would stay again.

Amazing 3 night stay here. The location is perfect and very central. The rooms are modern, clean, homely and have everything you need. Staff are very kind and cannot do enough for you. They made us a cappuccino every morning with croissants. There is 24hr access to the fridge and kitchen where you can have a coffee at any time. The fridge is also stocked with water/orange juice/milk/yogurts that you have access to free of charge. Rooms are cleaned daily. Access to an iron on request. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

This hotel is perfect in the city of Florence. Can provide valet parking quickly. Can walk to the main museums. The room is large and clean good decoration. The service is very good.

Very quiet with insulated windows, blackout shades that allowed restful sleep, which was helpful in correcting my jet lag. Spotless hotel room, super comfortable beds with nice sheets. Free beverages, including cappuccino and espresso. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Room and Location!
We love these rooms. They are literally three minutes away from the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. They are so clean, the people that work there are so kind and helpful and the beds are very comfortable. In the morning they offer croissants and coffee with a cozy living room attached to the kitchen. In fact we like this place so much we will be back in two weeks.
