"Les lits escamotables sont barrés au mur et il nous a fallu 3 appels ( 20 minutes entre chaque) pour que l'admission nous envoie la personne désignée pour les débarrer. Chansonnier les deux soirées du côté piscine avec un répertoire et une voix malheureusement peu harmonieuse. Cocktails au restaurant très décevant, goûtent absolument rien. Par contre le service de la serveuse etait bien. La chambre etait propre et les lits confortables. "

"This hotel was gorgeous ! We loved how tropical it felt in the pool area, lots of amenities for guests to use. The restaurants food was delicious! All the staff were friendly and bilingual. "This boutique hotel was perfectly situated in Old Quebec - on a quiet street but close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. The property was spotless and the staff are courteous and friendly. The front desk staff are professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious - 2 beds plus a full corner seating area with table, 2 arm chairs and foot stool. (We did not request a suite.) Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Lovely spot to stay in Vieux Quebec, within a quick walk to all the sites. Steep stairs in front, but a street level entrance in back plus an elevator makes it good for someone who has mobility issues. Our room was nice with a comfy bed & a good shower. The lounge & jacuzzi on the lower level were great amenities. The wine machine was fun! Nice, helpful staff."
