"Great place to stay. The cooking facilities help as lot to keep cost down. Handy walk to Summertown for grocery shop in M & S. Very clean establishment, friendly staff."

"Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location."

Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Good breakfast served in lovely airy room but a pity other even simple meals not served although there are many options for lunch and dinner within a couple of minutes walk in the town so not a problem."
