"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. "Very disappointing stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—I could feel the springs the moment I sat down on the bed, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, my room was located right next to a busy road, resulting in significant noise throughout the stay. What made this even more frustrating was that I had specifically requested a room away from both the elevator and the road when making my reservation. Despite those requests, the hotel staff assigned me a room in exactly the location I was trying to avoid. Overall, the lack of attention to guest preferences and the poor quality of the mattress significantly impacted my experience."

"The place met our needs for an 11 day trip. The location is great and very close to food, shopping, airport, and Costco. The price was also fair. Parking was easy. The bed is a king which is great but the mattress was too soft for my liking. AC works well but is loud. Nice view with a table and chairs on the balcony outside. It had everything we needed but it is an older place. No dishwasher. I’d say cleanliness is a 2.5 maybe generous 3 out of 5. We had to deal with cockroaches and had baby cockroaches hatch and roam around no matter how clean and tidy we kept the place. The shower also didn’t drain well. The host was informed so hopefully these concerns will be addressed and resolved. We also didn’t have access to the laundry facility due to recent flooding on the island, but I’m sure that will be resolved soon too."

"The rooms and entire property was very nice and clean. The views were spectacular.The shops and many restaurants were in walking distance. The host was very accessible. The pool and bbq was nice also. Our family had a great time."
