Complimentary morning coffee, poolside drinks, souvenir water bottles, a seven‑stage water filtration dispenser on every floor, and beach chairs with parasols are all thoughtful touches. The only aspect that didn’t feel fully 5‑star was the front desk service, but overall the hotel deserves a 5‑star rating."

Loved being on the first floor and access to all the beach extras and chairs especially with the tiny beach that's awesome for sunsets across the street. Close to all food, swimming beaches are within walking distance. Thanks for the great short stay most condos here don't provide extras for food and cooking, this one does! Would be great for long term stays as well!"

"The location was perfect and the property exactly as described. You are right in the heart of Kailua. Some notes: We visited in late September and it was quite hot even through the night with all the windows and doors open! If AC is a must for you in the summer months this one may not be a good option. Also, if you plan to ship items to the condo you have to ship through the property manager which is not on site. Finally, the key to the laundry facility mentioned (not in the condo) doesn't work so you will not have a laundry option on site."
