"Very disappointing stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—I could feel the springs the moment I sat down on the bed, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, my room was located right next to a busy road, resulting in significant noise throughout the stay. What made this even more frustrating was that I had specifically requested a room away from both the elevator and the road when making my reservation. Despite those requests, the hotel staff assigned me a room in exactly the location I was trying to avoid. Overall, the lack of attention to guest preferences and the poor quality of the mattress significantly impacted my experience."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this little downtown Kona condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described — spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location for exploring Kona.The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed throughout our stay. Their communication was excellent, and all the thoughtful touches made such a difference.The condo itself had the perfect island vibe and was the ideal place to relax after our adventures each day. Being so close to downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront while still feeling peaceful and cozy.We only stayed two days, but we honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The Lanai was amazing eating dinner after hours, the town really came to life and the ambiance was 100%. We would absolutely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Kona getaway!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location and Penthouse Condo were perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, furniture was very comfortable. Easy access to down town, shopping, restaurants and water activities. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all to be comfortable and have our own space if needed. We would all choose to stay here again."
