"The room had dirt on the floor it was in a parking lot facing a gas station and the back of a party store. Felt very unsafe, window didn’t lock and had a piece of wood wedged into the sill. Pictures were deceiving. "

"During check in we were told 50/50 on having hot water. Tv didnt work without 20min of messing with it.. "

"The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! "

"Very nice room with a beautiful view. Loved having the balcony. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Shower was big enough for 2 people and good water pressure with lots of hot water. Hotel has its own Restaurant and we enjoyed our Anniversary dinner (Absolutely Delicious) & breakfast. Again, beautiful view of river & bridge. The one thing that set this Hotel apart from any hotel we've stayed at was the 2 very nice young ladies at the front desk. They were happy and had great personalities and made our stay extra special by sending us an Anniversary card by slipping it under our room door. We will be back!"
