Perfect stop for our family if 5. A little dated, with small updates to the rooms. The night staff and morning breakfast staff were what made our stay excellent. Very kind and helpful!

The room was clean and staff on check in were great however the bed frame had 2 steel tabs bent out and It tore the skin off side of my leg. I let staff know right away and they said they would look at it and put plastic cover over them but nothing was done about it and tye staff were not concerned about the situation at all. I stay here every year in October and it has always been an enjoyable stay but this time not so much. Very disappointed this time and I will be looking else where before I stay here again.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room itself was laid out well. The sheet was stained and the bathtub still had hair in it from prior guest. Cable was included but the tv aspect ratio was stuck in the wrong format and only half the screen was viewable. The rooms maybe need to be checked by management prior to having new occupants. Because it was just a one nite stay, I didn't have time to call in to the front counter all of my concerns. Instead I just used the be spread to cover up the stain on the sheet and use the mattress cover as a blanket. Breakfast area was good and food was ready early enough to checkout and get on the road. Overall rating is probably a 3 on the 1-5 scale.

The lady who checked us in on the evening of July 19th was friendly, happy and helpful. Staff at checkout the next morning were more interested in checking their phone than helping customers! The breakfast room lady was sour and dressed in a most sloppy manner. She really did not seem to want to be there!

The first room we checked into the air condition didn't work. The staff was very helpful trying to find us another room. It took a little bit. Breakfast was just okay could have a better selection on the coffee. The showers could be updated.
