As I stated to the management staff, the cleanliness was good but a little more attention to detail needed to be adhered to. My one concern was the carpet in the room, it was long overdue to be shampooed.

I selected this hotel because of the price and its 4 star rating. But, the facility is very tired and worn. Regarding cleanliness, there were human hairs in multiple spots on the bathroom floor. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent place to stay in Port Huron

The check-in person was excellent, giving info about the WiFi access without prompting. He even texted later, to ask how are room was. As with other Hampton Inns, this hotel has a nice complementary breakfast.

It was a very pleasant stay. The price fit the experience. Hot tub was very small but it was hot which is better than most hotels i’ve been to recently. breakfast was good too.
