From the front desk crew (who are basically hospitality superheroes in business-casual) to the maintenance team (fast, friendly, and apparently part-time magicians) to the cleaning staff (absolute angels walking the earth), everyone here treats you with kindness, patience, and zero judgment — even when your friends leave your room looking like a tornado with commitment issues. The maids? Tip them. No, seriously — tip them like your soul depends on it. They’re the unsung MVPs of this whole operation and deserve every dollar and then some. Clean rooms, great energy, and a staff that feels like a little supportive family… the Wingate in Troy gets an easy 10/10 from me. I’ll absolutely be back! "
