The hotel and grounds are very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and able to meet our needs. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food that was fresh. The hotel itself is in a great location that was close to everything we needed.

Our fridge was leaking/not working, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, the toilet didn’t look clean upon arrival to room, there were Dorito crumbs and a used napkin left on AC/heating unit, and the room phone didn’t work. Staff was informed and they told us they were going to switch us rooms. We waited about two hours for someone to let us know what was happening, but had to leave for our event. On the plus side, breakfast was decent and bed was comfortable. The room was also very quiet. Staff was very nice. Probably will check out another hotel next time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast…HOWEVER, that young lady working the am breakfast area REALLY needs some training on smiling, kindness, approachableness (if that’s a word) 😊 how to not throw supplies, or slam foodware or just some basic professionalism. Seems like a very unhappy and angry person.
