"Sutible as a 1 bedroom unit. Ensure to ask for updated pix of the living room! The 3 seater, off the ground couch/‘other bed’ in the posting broke the day before check-in. The replacement “couch” is nothing more than folded matting on the floor and can’t sit 2 adults comfortably rendering the living room as practically useless. Discussed this with the property manager at check in and gave him the opportunity to adjust the rate in fairness but, he didn’t. Will continue to discourage friends...

"overall it was okay. the host was generally communicative and helpful. biggest complaint is that the provided towels were folded up WET. unsure if they had been washed or just folded after use but they were damp. the walls were also very thin, which was communicated in the listing! just more noise than we had anticipated, especially late into the night/early in the morning. "

"This is an excellent spot in downtown Royal Oak. It is spacious and has a great patio overlooking Washington St. with lots to do within walking distance. Also don’t miss out on eating in the diner that’s directly downstairs."
