"Hotel is clean and lovely. Staff was super friendly, but at times there was confusion about questions we asked-valet told us one thing, front desk told us another. We received complimentary drink vouchers from the front desk staff, but then the roof top bar staff told us there were limitations for using them. Our first room was looking over the roof of a building but our reservation with Expedia said it would be a city view. Front desk staff was a little defensive, saying they have no idea what Expedia promises. We were upgraded, however, because the AC in our room was not working. We really appreciated that."

"My room was very clean. More than enough towels. Staff were very kind. Massage and facial amazing. Quite stay. Will stay again. Get microwaves in the rooms. "
