Although I knew it would be more expensive to book an airport shuttle through reception, I was t expecting a car with no air con, no car seats in the back and a dashboard with multiple warning lights. The driver was fine and I got to my flight, but not the best impression of the hotel in an otherwise enjoyable stay. "
