"Coopmanhuijs was a wonderful location for our stay. The staff was phenomenal and willing to help with any of our needs. We had breakfast every morning and the food was excellent. All of downtown Stellenbosch was easily walkable and safe from the hotel. My room was very comfortable with an amazing bathroom with heated floors. The hotel also has a backup generator so load shedding is never an issue. "

"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. My husband and I got married in Cape Town while we stayed here and we loved all the conveniences. It’s in the waterfront district so you can easily walk to all the shops and dining and it’s super safe. We had no problems walking on our own at night and felt completely safe- that was a big deal for us as most places are not like that. Beautiful rooms and great food. We loved our stay here- no complaints at all. "
