'it is because of the drought'?? Pardon, ten people died in record floods weeks before. Treat customers with respect please. Now the staff are fantastic, bar restaurant and reception went the extra mile despite some silly rules."

"Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."
