"Very friendly service and great value for money. There were some issues with our Expedia booking, but the staff did what they could to ensure that it was minimally disruptive. The unit is very very big and definitely could host a family quite easily. There seemed to be too few parking bays for the number of guests, but we sorted that out amongst each other. All in all a pleasant experience. "

"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...

"Happy with our stay. Close to the family we were visiting. Vegan had to ask for non-dairy milk but the next day it was provided. "

The bedroom door was too close to excess and entrance went to go for something else luckly found place last minute in Strand.Think view of mountain's also misleading."
