"room was very clean. Gave us free toiletries. Staff is tops, just like the maid staff is super on top of things and friendly, willing to help out more in any way. Good free breakfast. We stay at this Best Western every time we stay in Ashville N.C. and have been happy every time. Only things I would change is the way the bathroom doors open up and the placement of toilet paper rollers. But if that's the worst of it, you're doing A ok. Thank you and you WILL see us again."

"I had a work trip so I was exhausted. First arrival everything was great. I had an early check in and the black woman at the front desk was awesome. The best customer service I had in a while. My room was ready before time. The room was perfect, very clean and cute. It was very quiet, I wasn't disturbed by housekeeping. Breakfast was good, lot of variety. I also had a late check out and if you are in the medical field they have great discounts for your stay. The pool was under maintenance so I didn't get to try that out. It was close to everything, food, shopping, and fun. I will be back again for sure. "
