Room was really nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in (at a hotel). It was the perfect location to walk around and explore the food and shops. It was the perfect spot for city exploration. I also recommend the bar for a night cap, where the staff were super friendly and the drinks were great.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very centrally located, walkable to everything in downtown and there must be a dozen restaurants within view of the hotel. Front desk staff was great. We stayed on 12th floor and had nice views of surrounding mountains, we were in a 2 queen room and it was very large and clean. Nice place in main floor to buy snacks and such. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of the property was perfect for my needs. I had a corner King room with Windows facing two directions which was nice. Front desk staff was efficient, not overly helpful. My room was never serviced by housekeeping. I left the room at 9:30 AM with no ..do not disturb signs ..returned at 4:30 and nothing had been cleaned. Decided it was too much trouble to ask somebody to clean it and have to leave the room while they did it. For the most part, I would highly recommend the hotel. Location and aesthetics were exactly what I expected.

Great dt location. Very spacious, clean and well designed room. Very nice fitness center. Staff were friendly. Valets did not offer to help with luggage upon arrival however. Overall would recommend and stay again.

The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations.
