"An amazing place to stay. Everything was 5 Star. Food at restaurant was spectacular, along with BAR Drinks and Breakfast. Christian our server was Outstanding and really went beyond what most servers do for their customers. Appreciate Chase in making sure my reservation was handled well. Just wished they would have excellent toilet paper For a classy establishment like this one."

"There is no insulation between two rooms wall. We were there for one night on Friday. Next room people’s were so loud and we can clearly hear all the conversations clearly all night long. Didn’t get sleep at all. I wanted call front desk, but thought next room people might sleep. "

"Staff was very friendly at the reception. The room was clean. However, it was incredibly humid, despite the fact that the AC was cooling well. It was to the point that clothes I brought in on a hanger felt damp and looked wrinkled after a while. When I commented about it, instead of a solution, I was told that “it does get humid around this time of the year”, and was there anything else that I needed. I have lived in Miami, FL, and Charleston, SC, and I understand humidity issues, which is the reason we have air conditioning, so being told that it gets humid around this time of the year is not an appropriate answer, especially that humidity outside was not overwhelming yet. "
