The staff was very attentive. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff that prepared breakfast kept the dining area clean, and were accomodating. The shuttle was convenient for Mayo patients, as its extremely busy at Mayo.

The staff was absolutely wonderful & helpful. The front desk went out of its way to assure all was good. The only negative was that the pool was not heated so it added no value. That information was incorrect and should be updated.

The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating. The Manager Kenya is knows the area well, and is always accommodating. Geoff who drives the shuttle to Mayo is very pleasant, and timely. We found it was easier to take the shuttle as parking at Mayo can be challenging. The BEDS are very comfortable, and rooms are very clean.
