Nice beach. The July 4th fireworks were nice but would like to see more variety. However, the fireworks set off by some patrons afterward was a bit out of control, as were going into the crowds. The city needs to deal with the homeless population.

Be sure to visit the Neptune Beach area just up the street great dining, shopping, and bars. Also the end where Margaritaville is has lots of partying..(younger crowd) But... Wine Bar is an Absolute Must.

"As other reviewers have stated, this property was very clean and modern with attention to every detail. The bed was comfortable, there was lots of coffee, plenty of space, and it was just cute. There was plenty of room even when my family stopped by for the afternoon. We had about a three minute walk to the beach which was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and want to come back as often as possible. It couldn’t have been easier and it was very quiet. We had neighbors but never heard a sound. Communication was great. Thank you for the thoughtfulness put into making us comfortable! "
