"We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. "The group was two families of 4, each with 1 and 5 year old children. The pool and hot tub area was used every day. Most days were warm but the pool heat was still nice to have. The gas grill and ample and new outdoor furniture were also appreciated. The screen around the pool area kept most of the bugs out.
