The room/property was not in acceptable hotel condition and did not match what I reasonably expected when booking. Because of the poor condition, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the amount paid."

"This is really a great hotel - great location, great staff - from the front desk to the housekeepers to the valet staff. The only drawback for me was that the restaurant has a great deal of "nightlife"! Eating at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday night was a 3-hour wait -- I don't usually have that problem. The "DJ" played his bass-heavy music until 1:30AM and shook the hotel. This may not be a problem for younger guests - but it was for me. "
