"The rooms were clean. You could hear dogs barking at all times and it was noisy. Staff was friendly."

"Front desk staff was not polite and was immediately defensive at check-in, which raised an early concern. The room itself was unacceptable. Floors were sticky, counters were not cleaned, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains on the sheets and blood on the pillows. The bathroom was unsanitary, and the plumbing under the sink was exposed, broken, duct-taped, and leaking water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard. Due to these conditions, we did not stay and left immediately after notifying the front desk. We were told a refund would not be issued, despite the room being unsafe and clearly not as advertised. Expedia also declined to take accountability. Even with photo documentation and a formal request, they stated they could not issue a refund without hotel approval. I strongly recommend choosing a different property and booking platform that prioritizes customer safety and basic cleanliness standards."

"My one bedroom with king bed was clean and large. However, you could tell the facility was aging. The room doors were old, worn, and in need of paint. A cricket was able to get into my room under the door. My stay was only 3 nights, so they never cleaned the room. There was no streaming available, though you could connect your laptop to their TV. Breakfast was adequate. It's next door to a Waffle House, in case you prefer to eat there. The place was clean, including the pool. Staff was friendly, though I was unable to check in early. Bottom line, the place was less expensive than other hotels and you get what you pay for. "

"Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. AC in room was noisy....making it difficult to sleep. Eggs at breakfast were crumbly....not moist & fresh. Bacon bits were served one morning...would have much preferred regular strips of bacon. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as to the freeway. "
