"Great place, very nice staff. "

"The rooms were dark and musty smelling. When asked the front staff about the smell they said they would come change an air filter. The safe was broken, asked again about it and if we could change room. They insisted new batteries would fix this and it did not. The room was moderately clean but dirt in corners and hair next to couch. The pools were both cold. Missing tiles and chunks of concrete missing around the one with the hot tub. Never enough towels. Not enough lounge chairs around for the pool for the amount of people. The breakfast was great but again the space is too small for the size of the hotel. Very crowded and not enough tables to sit. Lacking general upkeep and tidying during the day. Plates outside doors all day and next to ice makers. Location was great but will not be staying here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. We had a junior suite. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was huge. Rooftop pool and hot tub was nice as well. I really liked the availability of filtered water next to the ice machine. "

"Menus were very limited and prices were higher than when we ate outside the resort. Drinks were good, but once again, much higher than when we were off the resort. Room was nice and serviced every day except one, when they seem to forget us. Checking in was delayed as the room was not ready and many others were waiting for their rooms also. Checking out was very quick and easy."
