Staff was very helpful getting me into a room that was up to my standards
Overall the beds are lumpy, so you will be sore. Close to circle k, fast food and the access to freeway , airport, transit system. And its affordable. Use an app , save some mula. Do not leave your car in dark, car theft as I got there. You know what it is at places in this price range. However you will be just fine here.
Parking was easy. Laundry appeared out of order. Staff were all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Building is showing some age so cleanliness not perfect.
This motel is a great option if you need a cost-effective place to rest your head for the night. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Amenities are pretty limited. I did have some safety concerns as there were people loitering in the parking lot in the afternoon, and there were signs reminding guests to lock their doors at night. Again, it’s fairly priced if you just need a place to rest your head for a night.

Door lock worked only after several tries. Bed was horrible. Mattress should be thrown in the trash. The sink faucet when turned on splashed water all over the floor. Front door had a "gap" as the bottom. The room however was clean. The A/C vent was damaged but worked. All in all I could not sleep on the bed and did not stay the second night.
It's a value oriented Phoenix property. Don't expect luxury. Expect everyday people looking for a psudeo comfy room while trying to save a buck. Staff was great. Tony at the front was cool. Just keep expectations in check. I was a very decent stay.
Staff are friendly and good location. However, condition of the motel is poor even though it looks ok in the pictures. Most of the entrance doors of the rooms have damages or are broken. Don't feel safe at all.
We had a great deal of help on checking in from a marvelous staff when one of our party arrived many hours ahead of the other due to travel delays. Special thanks to Jose, Tiffany, and the person on desk the night of March 18.
It is a basic motel, no frills, but that was perfect for our needs including the laundry. Didn't get to use the pool, but I bet others were in the heat wave.
The room was clean, staff was friendly so they have no complaints in that department. But the building itself needs a refresh. They need new beds and actually put a queen bed. I order a queen and I got a full bed.

It was a clean room no microwave or fridge so don’t expect to be able to heat any food up or have cold drinks unless you got a cooler with ice. Overall it was a pleasant stay the tv channels were a little choppy in signal but still was able to watch tv. The pool was nice and clean small but it was still a nice cool off activity for the Phoenix heat.

The staff that I interacted with was great, and they had a room when I needed it at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the room simple, but functional. The property is a budget motel, and it lives up to that expectation. There are maintenance issues, including a broken door latch that had me worried I was stuck inside for a few minutes. I never got the wifi to work, but I didn't try very hard.
So to start these bed are wall to wall like chris brown said! And second the staff wasnt helpful, the tv kept saying no signal so the tv didnt work, the bar soap was bad quality as well as the very thin toilet paper. Our toilet qas clogged the worker said come by to get one and then asked for my id and returned and said "uhh well we dont have one i dont know where it is" and then told me to just go ask houskeeping. And the first night we had dudes partying next door on a wendnesday trying to enter my room banging on walls drunk yelling outside. Ill never come back here as someone with kids.
I was put into a room with a broken bead bolt and screws falling out on the outside of the locking mechanism. You could easily kick the door in. There were lots of transients running around and even seen a couple of prostitutes. I absolutely did not feel safe so I asked the night auditor if she could move my room which she did. The room was in better condition. I still didn’t feel safe using the elevator alone. The pool did get cleaned and was nice to use.
I did not have any maid service the entire 5 days I was there.
I always stay with Motel 6 but this was by far the worst one ever
Room was clean. Very spartan. Platform bed was not comfortable. Room was small. The hooker four doors down was not a problem nor was the ex-con who was next door to me. The road traffic was significant but at least the other tenants weren’t noisy. Parking was easy and the registration person was professional.
Staff was great, on my visit the Wi-Fi cut out once or twice, the I've machine was broken but the staff at circle K basically next door was very helpful. I traveled alone, did not feel unsafe during my stay, and no damage incurred to rental car in lot.
Might be specific to my room type, but no microwave mini-fridge or coffee pot but they offered coffee @ 6am in lobby. Check-in/out was a breeze, front office staff 24/7. Would stay here again for a short trip.
