"Perfect place to stay right next to the Grand Canyon. Comfy beds. General store right next to the lodge so you can get whatever you need for a hike. Only down side was that the restaurant closed at 9, so need to consider this if you get in late."

"Being able to stay in the Canyon was absolutely amazing. It states it in the description, but check in is at the Bright Angel Lodge which is down the one way street from Thunderbird. If you can park closer to Thunderbird and walk to check in, that may be easier. If you arrive in the early evening, there will likely be"
