2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The location is short walk to Times Square and Theater District which was important because transportation is really expensive. I enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable bed. Lots of towels! Extra shelf space. AC did not work well. It was only 70 outside and it had a hard time cooling the room. Loads of hot water. Friendly and cheerful front desk for check in. We only gave it a 4 because of the AC issue, otherwise it was definitely a 5 star!
