"Upon our arrival, we experienced some problems. They were immediately taken care of. The cabanas at the pool area were not complementary and is not included in the resort fee. The staff is pleasant. The restaurants are nice."

"We were left to wait for 2 hours despite the 4pm check-in time. Also, the pool time for lazy river is 10am, people had been waiting to get in, but the staff took forever to settle in and let us in by 10.30am. The lazy river staff was rude when asked questions. Very inconsiderate for people with early check-in time. Overall property is clean and good, need better staffing and time management!"

Used the airport shuttle to and from airport. Both drivers were friendly and prompt service. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."
