"I stayed there for 5 days not even once they cleaned my room or changed my towel. Also a point to be noted They have two towers Royal and resorts Royal tower is way better than resort tower."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Completely over crowded, there is one elevator to get to most of the rooms so waiting in line at the desk to check in took an hour and then it was another hour waiting in line for the elevator to get to our room. This happened almost every time we left the room. The pool was decently fun but again, completely over crowded. There are better properties to stay at in Vegas. The restaurants on the property are also ridiculously over priced. The sushi restaurant on site cost more for one dinner than our entire stay at the hotel. "

"Overall we had a good stay. The staff was all accommodating, it was clean throughout all of the common areas and pretty easy access to things. The pool area was clean and has reasonable pricing for cabanas. Nice TV's to catch a game. I will stay here again."
