"If you are looking for four walls, a place to rest your head, and ample parking, this place will work. Upon arrival, the front sliding doors were broken and guests had to manually open and close the doors. There was black marring on the walls. As we walked through the halls, we noticed a room that had caution tape where it appeared the door had been kicked in. There was rust and mold around the ceiling fan in the bathroom and the water leaked onto the floor. The lock was broken on the bedroom window so it was unsecured. The remote control for the TV was also broken. It is obvious that the hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel and room rates should be adjusted given the appalling condition. The odor in the lobby was musty and repulsive. This is a one star hotel at best. Given the location and the price, we expected more. Very disappointed with this hotel. "

"Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff and a decent breakfast with many offerings! Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The Hotel was quiet despite being full. The halls also have thickly padded carpeting which kept hall noise down!"

"Our stay at The Pottery Barn House was absolutely exceptional. It exceeded every expectation we had and could not have been more perfect for our family during our daughter’s Naval officer graduation.We had eight people staying there, and the home was ideal for our group. Everyone had their own comfortable space, and the house itself was stunning, impeccably maintained, and beautifully furnished. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional.Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever experienced in a rental home. We made incredible dinners and huge omelet breakfasts with ease — everything we needed was there.We also fell in love with Narragansett — the peaceful walks by the water, the trails, and the charm of the entire area. We enjoyed easy day trips into Newport and loved exploring Wickford and the surrounding beaches as well. Every restaurant recommendation Joe gave us was fantastic.Joe was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. Anytime we needed anything, he responded within minutes.This was truly one of those rare vacations where everything was perfect. We made memories our family will cherish forever and cannot recommend this home highly enough. Absolute five stars all around."
